Sparkling Wine Series Part 4: Filipa Pato ‘3B’ Beiras Brut Rosé

🇵🇹 On this final day of the sparkling wine series, I am featuring a wine that I have yet to open: this lovely looking sparkling from Portugal. This will be the first sparkling wine I’m tasting from Portugal, and my first time trying a Baga/Bical blend!

⭐️ And in the end, this has been the theme of the series: to inspire you to try something different, and to start your new year of wine with discovery and exploration. And there are so many regions producing great sparkling that I didn’t have a chance to feature. Here are just a few:

👉🏽 Tasmania
👉🏽 Germany
👉🏽 South Africa
👉🏽 Canada
👉🏽 England

I’m still thinking about my wine goals for 2024… I may take a little time off to detox 😜 other than that, I definitely want to continue featuring lesser known wines as well as some of the fun wine and food experiences that I have. If there is anything else you would like to see, drop it below 👇🏽!

Wishing you all a very happy new year! Here’s to more wine, love, and laughter in 2024 ☺️
